In November 2012 - for the first time in many years - Ukrainian Radio took part at Prix Ex Aequo International children’s and youth radio drama festival held in Bratislava, Slovakia. Traditionally, the event’s organizer is Slovak Radio and Television Company.

 

Ukrainian Radio has submitted the historical radio drama “Anna Yaroslavna or Anna Regina” by Oksana Chukhlib (author) and Svitlana Gudz-Voitenko (editor). The programme brings us closer to the mysterious fate of Anne of Kiev,                                                           destined to become Queen of France and mother of Philip I. In Ukrainian history                                                           she is known as Anna Yaroslavna.
