Parishioners of Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kyiv Patriarchate pray for Ukraine near Prince Volodymyr Monument

Celebrations on the occasion of the Baptism of Kyivan Rus are going on in Ukraine. Festive divine service was held in Kiev at the Volodymyr Cathedral. After that, the parishioners of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kyiv Patriarchate went to the procession to the monument to Prince Volodymyr to pray for Ukraine. The participants of the antiterrorist operation also joined the faithful. At the head of the procession the Icon of the Intercession of the Mother of God was borne. After the celebrations the icon will be taken to Donbas.
