Vice Prime Minister Pavlo Rosenko is convinced that the Government's decision to monetize unused subsidies will give people an incentive to use energy resources more economically.
This is reported by his press service.
"The idea of partial subsidy monetization is a step that should demonstrate that those persons who receive subsidies, will also have the opportunity and should have an incentive to economically use energy, especially gas and electricity," Rosenko emphasized. He admitted that the process of monetization is not easy, because it is the first experience in this direction. "But I am convinced that all the executive authority bodies will cope with the task and by September 1, all the two million families entitled to a monetization payment will receive these funds," Rosenko said.
