"A trilateral meeting is scheduled to take place in Soledar [where the JCCC headquarters is located] at 3:00 p.m. today. It will address the incident in Troitske. The Ukrainian side is open to work on every fact," he said on Friday, assuming that one of the sides, the DPR or the LPR, will take part in the meeting in a video conference mode.
