Ukrainian villages await innovation

Ukraine, Switzerland and the World Bank started the program for the introduction of agricultural receipts as a new financial instrument that will help make seeds and other commodity-material resources accessible to small farms. This was disclosed by Minister of Agriculture and Food Olexiy Pavlenko. According to him, the introduction of this new innovation will be held in three Ukrainian regions - Vinnytsia, Cherkasy Kharkiv TV. The program is planned to be extended to the entire Ukraine at a later stage of the five-year program.
