Igor Mosiychuk left in custody

Kyiv Court of Appeals decided to leave in custody until November 15, MP from the Radical Party Ihor Mosiychuk. The corresponding decision was taken on October 13 at a meeting of the court. The lawyer of the MP stated that she will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights. MP himself has threatened to renew hunger strike, if he is sent in jail of the Security Service.
Ihor Mosiychuk is accused of bribery. In September, the Parliament agreed to bring him to justice and detention.
