On Oct. 20 the evaluating mission of the European Union should provide a progress report on Ukraine's implementation plan for visa liberalization.
Ukrainian Foreign Ministry still hopes for visa-free regime with the EU already to be granted Ukraine in 2016.
However, a senior analyst at the International Centre for Policy Studies Irina Iwashko in an interview with "Voice of Capital" expressed the view that the European Union is gradually decreasing political will to provide the country visa-free regime because of the position of Ukrainian deputies. She recalled that the Parliament has to adopt the remaining laws of the socalled "visa-free package". Among them, according to experts, the most problematic vote is expected on the draft law on limiting immunity for judges and deputy immunity.
