Local election campaign to cost UAH 2 billion

Political parties will spend around UAH 2 billion during the current local election campaign, which is UAH 200 million more than was spent during the parliamentary election in 2014, experts have said.
Director General of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine Oleksiy Koshel said that the today's election campaign is around UAH 200 million more expensive than the early parliamentary election of 2014 and two and a half or three times more expensive than the recent presidential election in Poland.
