No violations of the Minsk agreements were observed overnight, and the arms withdrawal continued in the Mariupol sector, the press center of the Ukrainian anti-terrorist operation in southeastern Ukraine reported on October 21 morning.
"After the tanks had been withdrawn in the Debaltseve sector, the pullback continued on October 21 in the Mariupol sector. The same as October 20 , members of the OSCE mission will be monitoring the withdrawal process today," the report said.
