In Lugansk region demining started as was planned. To help local rescuers several pyrotechnic groups of regional departments of the Civil Service of Emergencies arrived from Kharkiv, Poltava and Chernihiv regions.
Experts say that to detect and neutralize absolutely all the pieces is impossible. Moreover, the situation is complicated through absence of any maps of minefields, head of pyrotechnic Works of the Department of the Civil Service of Emergencies in Poltava region Vladimir Vynnyk said.
