In the European Parliament hope that local elections in Ukraine will contribute to the process of decentralization and strengthen Ukrainian democracy. This opinion was expressed Andrej Plenković - Head of the delegation of Members of the European Parliament, who will observe the elections on October 25. It is expected that a delegation of seven MPs will arrive in Ukraine today. They will work in Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk.
