How did the fates of the IDPs turn out, and how did they manage to build a life outside of Ukraine? The heroes of the project, although they ended up abroad, remain part of Ukrainian society. They are often volunteers who have found an opportunity to help their country even while abroad.

In early 2022, Kateryna Bobrovska was not thinking about the war. She, her husband, and their two-year-old daughter had finally moved into their own apartment and were hastily renovating it, as they were expecting a new addition to the family in a few months.
