Area of smoldering peatlands decreased

In Kyiv region the area of peatland that is smoldering makes now 67.5 hectares, according to the State Emergency Service. Rescue workers extinguish 13 localized outbreaks, particularly in some villages of the Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky, Vyshgorodsky, Borodyansky, Brovary, Boryspil, Baryshevsky districts. In the State Emergency Service also claim that the level of radiation in Kiev and the region - within the norm.
