Ukraine pays for Russian gas

The Naftogaz Ukrainy oil and gas company plans to complete offtake of the pre-paid volumes of Russian gas on October 31, Naftogaz Ukrainy board chairman Andriy Kobolev said.
Ukraine will be able to do without buying Russian gas and will import more gas from Europe instead in 2016, says Andriy Kobolev, chairman of the Ukrainian national energy company Naftogaz Ukrainy.
