Ukraine has no plans to cancel sanctions on air flights with Russia

The Ministry of Infrastructure has no plans to hold next round of talks with Russia on cancelling air flights sanctions. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Shulmeyster.
According to him, Kyiv insists on Russia's paying fines for unauthorized flights into occupied Crimea. Russian Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov noted that Russia expects formal proposals on resumption of air communication .
