Finance Ministry made a statement on the completion of the restructuring term of external debt of Ukraine. It says the restructuring term will end on November 12. Its coditions were approved for 13 series of outstanding public and publicly guaranteed Eurobonds at a meeting of creditors on October 14. This will allow Ukraine to avoid paying a debt of $ 8.5 billion, the Finance Ministry stressed.
International Committee of the creditors agreed to write off 20% of Ukraine's external debt. Only Russian Federation refused to participate in the debt restructuring. Ukraine, in turn, said that it will not offer individual conditions to Russia.
