Order of stay of Ukrainian citizens in Russia changed

Since November 1, Ukrainians, who stay on the territory of Russia for more than 90 days, should contact the Russian Migration Service to obtain permits or leave the territory of Russia. Otherwise, administrative measures will be applied to them including a ban on entry, said the Russian side. Exception is made by aggressor country for those Ukrainians who fled to Russia from the east of Ukraine to find refuge from undeclared war waged by Russia.
