Earlier President Poroshenko by his decree postponed autumn coscription due to the local elections held in Ukraine.
During November 11 000 men aged 20 to 27 years are planned to be conscripted for military service. 6000 Ukrainians will serve in the army, another 5000 - in the National Guard.
Conscripts with higher education will bear service for one year, without higher education - 1.5.
