Negotiations with Gazprom progress slowly - Kobolev

"Concerning the price of gas transit negotiations. I can not call talks successful, frankly. But in order to have an opportunity to review this price and bring it to the level that we consider fair in any event, apart from this indicator there are also other Indicators: These are a reserved capacities, guaranteed amount of payment,"  he said. According to him, Naftogaz filed an appeal with the Stockholm arbitration last year. "We now have two court cases: the first one concerns the contract for selling natural gas, the second one is the transit contract. We hope that both the production court cases will be completed in 2016, and if we do not achieve success in the negotiation process, then the court will seal the final verdict,"  noted Kobolev.
