Russian court denies Savchenko was kidnapped

As Savchenko’s lawyer Nikolai Polozov tweeted, the prosecutors announced their decision to reject opening the criminal proceedings over the abduction of the Ukrainian pilot. As reported, Russian investigators accuse Ukrainian MP, pilot Nadiya Savchenko of murder of two Russian journalists, who had illegally stayed outside Luhansk last year providing information support to the armed separatists, as well as of the attempted murder of a group of separatists and illegal crossing the Russian border. Savchenko and her lawyers deny the charges and claim that she had been already abducted by the separatists and transported to Russia at the time of the death of the Russian journalists.
