Militants attack Ukrainian roadblock – Luhansk

"Militants fired an air defence launcher and small arms on the 29th roadblock near the town of Novotoshkivske from the direction of the villages of Donetske and Zholobok [controlled by the LPR] at 6:30 p.m. on November 15," uhansk regional administration said in a report posted on its Facebook page on Monday.
