ENEMO says second round of mayoral elections in Ukraine held in line with intl standards, notes minor issues

"However, certain legal provisions leave room for doubt and discussion," Head of the ENEMO mission Zlatko Vujovic said on Tuesday. In particular, the main issues were the non-transparent financing of the election campaign, unequal access of candidates to the media, and unbalanced representation of participants in the electoral process in election commissions.
