Petro Poroshenko Bloc 'Solidarity' candidate Andriy Raikovych has been elected as the mayor of Kirovohrad at the November 15 runoff election, the city territorial election commission has reported.
Raikovych received 24,435 votes, while his rival Artem Stryzhakov received 24,057 votes, the commission said.
As reported, the second round of the mayoral election was held in Kirovohrad on November 15, 2015.
