In Khmelnytsky a man was arrested who beat to death a soldier of the ATO, the press service of the regional department of the National Police reported. The police were told that the incident occurred at night on November 20 at the regional hospital of the city . The body of 34-year military was found by medical personnel in the morning. The surveillance cameras failed to establish the identity of the suspect
