In Transcarpathia flood ebbed

According to the Zakarpattia regional state administration, the autumn flooding that began on November 21 in the highlands of the Carpathians, began to decline. Rescue services continue to pump out water from flooded houses. There were over 300 houses that were flooded in 5 districts. According to preliminary data, the most affected by floods are Rakhiv, Tyachiv and Mizhgirya districts of Transcarpathia.
