Ukraine and Turkey to jointly develop marine industry

The Ukrobotonprom State Concern plans to attract foreign investments to the defence and industry complex of the state, the press service of the state concern reports. “The policy of transparency and openness of the Ukrobotonprom State Concern is aimed at the attraction of foreign investments and development of domestic defense and industry complex in line with international standards. First of all, this will provide the Ukrainian Army with modern arms and military equipment,” Deputy Director General for Foreign Economic Activity at Ukrobotonprom, Denys Hurak, said at Turkey Defense Week 2015. On the whole, Turkey Defense Week 2015 united experts of the defense and industry complex from Turkey, the Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Estonia and NATO. Capabilities of the Ukrainian defense and industry complex were demonstrated to them, In addition, a range of strategic talks in the scope of the cooperation of Ukraine with western partners were held.
