According to the speaker, some ministers have not performed their jobs satisfactorily. Groysman said personnel reshuffles in the government will be discussed in the framework of the coalition. However, he stressed they needed to focus not on replacing separate officials, but on "the tasks cases that need to be accomplished in 2016". "At the moment, the government's resignation is not on the agenda of the Ukrainian parliament," he stressed. The speaker said he opposed the early parliamentary elections, which in the current situation will throw Ukraine back for at least a year.
