“Petro Poroshenko and Donald Tusk agreed that sanctions against Russia should be extended until Russia fully implements its obligations under the Minsk Agreements,” reads a report. President Tusk also noted that all EU member states opposed Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. The sides also discussed the development of situation in Syria and agreed that Russia's participation created problems rather than assisted in resolving them, according to the report. In addition, President Poroshenko noted that in spite of the complicated situation in eastern Ukraine, the country was carrying out reforms and was showing a real progress.
