"We focus on structural reforms. Ukraine is surviving a very difficult period, the second transitive period. We should see vigour of authorities, in particular, the parliament as the key active participant," he said. Vacher noted obvious success in macroeconomic stabilization, but added that success in administrative reforms, particularly, fight against corruption, is required. "The problems of the financial sector should be resolved. We welcome the reforms of the [National Bank of Ukraine] and urge other financial institutions to follow the example of the central bank," he said.
