Russia complies with not a single Normandy format commitment – Ukraine, Germany

This is reported by the Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry press service. "In particular, Pavlo Klimkin and Frank-Walter Steinmeier discussed during their conversation the failure of Russia to comply with at least one commitment, made at the last Normandy format summit in early October: complete cease-fire, withdrawal of heavy weaponry, removing all foreign troops and mercenaries from Donbas, disarmament of all illegal armed groups, and establishment of a safe zone along the Ukrainian-Russian border with the constant OSCE monitoring," reads the statement.
