Cabinet permits Justice Ministry to hire lawyers for dispute on 'Russian' eurobonds

"To ensure the appropriate protection of Ukraine's rights and interests in foreign jurisdictional authorities and prevent bringing losses to the state," reads Cabinet decree No. 1313 dated December 18, posted on the website of the government. Earlier on December 18 Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk reiterated that Ukraine is ready for a court dispute with Russia in case of its further rejection of the restructuring terms proposed by Kyiv and going to court.
