Militants prepare provocation for OSCE in Kominternove

"The weaponry of the Russian-terrorist forces has been withdrawn from Kominternove. But the part of the militants (the exact number is not identified) stay there. They are hiding in homes of local residents. Meanwhile, the representatives of the OSCE are working there now.
