How many people live in Ukraine to become known in 2020

For the fifth time census conducting in Ukraine is postponed. Now it is planned to be conducted in 2020, not the next year as was previously scheduled.
In world practice, censuses are conducted approximately every 10 years The first and currently the last census in independent Ukraine was conducted in 2001. Then the population made 48.5 million persons.
According to the State Statistics Service, on November 1 this year Ukraine's population makes 42.7 million people. The data is given excluding population of the annexed Crimea.
