Amendments to the Constitution in the part of decentralization should be considered by Parliament at the current session.
If this is not done, the reform will be postponed for several years.
This was announced by Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Groisman at the final press conference. In addition, he suggested that he will sign the law on State Budget for 2016, approved by Parliament on 25 December. After signing a law by the Speaker the document will be given over to the President for signing.
