The Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of the OSCE visited the village of Kominternove, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region, where they observed around ten members of illegal armed groups.They also observed heavy weapons near Troitske controlled by the militants. The matter is about a 122-millimeter howitzer "Carnation".
Representatives of the OSCE regard this fact as a gross violation of the Minsk agreement on withdrawal of weapons. They noted that since the beginning of the year militants more than 10 times militants prevented the SMM from visiting certain areas and threatened to open fire.
