"Two citizens of Ukraine, the members of the Sun Oil ship crew, were held captive by the armed group in Tripoli (Libya) since January 2015. January 14, 2016, they were released thanks to the efforts of Ukrainian diplomats. They are going home," reads the statement. The Ukrainians are expected to arrive home on January 15.
