After Russia’s ceasefire statements, attacks only growing – Heraschenko

As to the hostages, according to Heraschenko, “we handed all the lists and proposals on January 6, duplicated them at the recent meeting in Minsk… and still we are waiting for an answer”. “Russia bears full responsibility for the military actions. Germany, OSCE, and the whole world understand this,” Heraschenko said.
