"The full support for the priorities of the Germany’s OSCE chairmanship in 2016 was expressed, particularly, for the settlement of the conflict in Donbas," reads the statement. In particular, as the press service noted, the parties discussed the progress of implementation of the Minsk Agreements. The Ukrainian party provided convincing evidence of systematic gross violation of the Minsk Agreements by the militants, including the use of heavy weapons, which must be withdrawn. The parties stressed the need for ensuring full and unfettered access of the OSCE SMM to the entire territory, uncontrolled by the Government of Ukraine, including along the Ukrainian-Russian state border.
