Minsk II can be implemented in several months – Kerry

"I and Vice President Biden met with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to reaffirm our support and assure ourselves of the implementation of the Minsk Agreements. I believe that the Minsk Agreements can be implemented in the coming months with full commitment and responsibility of all the parties. Afterwards, it will be possible to remove the economic sanctions because of the full implementation," Kerry said.
