According to him, there were 21 people younger than 18 years, and 650 persons from 18 to 25 years old among killed in the conflict as of late 2015. "Twenty-six men and one woman, Nadia Savchenko, were conferred a title of the Hero of Ukraine, 14 of them posthumously," Poroshenko said.
