Kiev District Court of Poltava started its eighths session to consider criminal case of Kharkiv Mayor Hennadiy Kernes .
On January 25 the court in Poltava started questioning of the prosecution witnesses. Hennady Kernes and his guards are accused of unlawful imprisonment, torture and threats of death of two activists of Kharkiv euromaidan.
They face up to 15 year of imprisonment. All three do not acknowledge guilt and claim that the case was fabricated
