Local elections in some towns of Donetsk and Lugansk regions are possible only after a full cease-fire and withdrawal of weapons of dividing line.
This was stressed by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada Stéphane Dion in Kyiv after his meeting with Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk. He said that Canada condemns Russian military aggression against Ukraine and will never recognize the annexation of the Crimea and insists on the need to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
