National Bank Governor Valeria Hontaryeva a week ago said dollar on the interbank market dollar has found an equilibrium exchange rate against hryvnia at the level of UAH 25 - 25,20 .
But over a few next days Ukrainian currency continued to depreciate. Then Hontaryeva said that the National Bank of Ukraine is not able to restrain the fall of the hryvnia.
