Continuation of the decentralization process in Ukraine can be a decisive factor for development of local economy and create jobs in the regions. This opinion was expressed by Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Hroisman in a video address to the public.
He recalled that in 2015 - after the beginning of the decentralization reform - local budgets received UAH 40 billion to create jobs in the regions. In 2016 almost 60 billion USD can be allocated for for this purpose, suggested Volodymyr Hroisman.
