Residents of some villages in Donetsk region live without electricity, gas and roads

In Opytne and Vodyane in the Donetsk region, located on the contact line locals live without electricity, gas and roads. Region's governor Pavlo Zhebrivskyi sent humanitarian aid to these villages - food, medicine, blankets and tents.
Residents of these villages are in need of coal, building materials and gasoline for generators. The latter is needed to charge mobile phones to have contact with the outside world. Zhebrivskyi appointed commandant of the military responsible for the sustenance of these settlements.
