The first group of Ukrainian trucks, blocked by Russia, set off toward Ukraine, said in the Russian Ministry of Transport. According to the Ministry, the transit traffic resumed in the Bryansk region. Earlier it was reported that Russia and Ukraine agreed a program of action to return trucks blocked in both countries. From 16 to 25 February a corridor will be open to allow trucks to return to the country of registration.
On February 14 Ukrainian Russia banned the movement of trucks across its territory. In response, Ukrainian Ukraine suspended transit permits.
