Yuriy Lutsenko, the leader of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction in the Verkhovna Rada, the Ukrainian parliament, said that the faction is not going to recall the signatures put under the coalition agreement, while admitting that the coalition has, in fact, collapsed.
