US Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey R. Pyatt called on the Parliament to consider as soon as possible amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine in the sphere of justice. He said at the conference "Constitutional reform: promoting independent, responsible, transparent and effective judiciary."
Geoffrey R. Pyatt noted the progress in the work of the Constitutional Commission regarding amendments to changes of the Constitution of Ukraine, thanks to which the document comes in line with the recommendations of the Venice Commission.
