In the capital, police found out 10 participants in pogroms of SCM offices and two banks Alpha Bank and Sberbank of Russia on February 20.
They are residents of Kyiv born in 1998 and in 1999, said the head of the Kiev police Andrey Kryshchenko. Now court investigators try to find if it was a planned action or somebody drew juvenile into provocation.
