Chernihiv city council deputies voted for the termination of agreements with Russian twin cities - because of the war, the annexation of the Crimea, occupation of part of Donbas and thousands of Ukrainians killed there.
Chernihiv had bilateral agreements of twinning relationship with Bryansk, Pskov, Rostov and Mytishchi in Moscow region.
